This is hard, yo.
I have found it really hard going this week. Granted, my own life has been busier so I have had to make room for working out more, instead of just doing it whenever I want. But, I’m finding it a struggle. I have re-aggravated an old knee injury so I am going slower on my workouts and a lot of the time not completing the full sets.
But, I tell myself that what matters is that I am doing it at all.
I am starting to see small differences in my body shape. They’re small, but they’re there.
Chris created a group on Facebook for us challengers and I find that when I’m having a rough time, it helps just to see that either the others are as well, or just that they are posting and it makes me want to try harder.
I can’t believe we’re at the half-way point already! Insane.
The one thing I am taking away from this though is that I am important enough to make the time to work out almost every day. If for no other reason, this is a great program and a great challenge.
I will definitely post up links when/if Chris does this again because I highly recommend that you all try it.
Also, I HATE mountain climbers and push ups.
